GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Safecraft will accept returns on most new, unopened or unused items. Safecraft will credit your account for shipping and the total cost of the item for product defects. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for all other types of returns. Safecraft will not reimburse costs for returned items that need to be “re-certified.”
